Controller and contact

Arman AVAGYAN, professionally known as ARMAND AVAKIAN, is the controller of your personal data. For any questions: [email protected] · +33 6 50 50 21 50.

Your enquiries

When you contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp if you choose that channel, we process your contact details and the information you provide to respond, follow up on your enquiry and assess a potential collaboration. You choose what to share; without the necessary information, we may be unable to respond.

This processing relies on our legitimate interest in handling business enquiries. Steps you request towards a contract to which you would be a party rely on pre-contractual measures taken at your request.

Booking a meeting

The booking button opens an external Cal.com page. The name, email address, company, sector, country and purpose entered in that form are used to organise the meeting and its confirmation. Cal.com manages the booking; Google Calendar receives the business appointment and Google Meet provides video conferencing. Details of our private events are not displayed on the booking page. See the Cal.com privacy policy.

Retention

Prospects’ contact details and correspondence are kept for no more than three years after the last active contact from the prospect, such as an enquiry or reply. A follow-up from us or merely opening an email does not restart this period. Data are deleted earlier if no longer needed or if your rights require it.

Only data needed for a contract, a legal obligation or the defence of legal claims may be kept separately for the period applicable to those purposes, based on contract performance, a legal obligation or legitimate interests, as appropriate. The prospect retention period does not apply to technical logs or analytics.

Arman AVAGYAN undertakes to review correspondence and follow-up documents annually, including copies held in the services used. Deletions are organised to meet the three-year deadline: the annual review does not extend that period. No automatic deletion is claimed.

Website and analytics

The website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare Web Analytics measures audience and performance outside the European Union: the exclusion of EU visitors was verified on 10 October 2026. According to Cloudflare, this measurement uses neither analytics cookies nor analytics local storage. Hosting nevertheless involves technical processing, including connection data. Our legitimate interest is to operate the website and understand its audience.

The website has no forms or advertising trackers. Your language choice is saved in your browser until you clear the website’s data. QR codes and vCards contain our business contact details; they do not collect yours.

Providers and international transfers

Arman AVAGYAN is currently the only person directly managing enquiries and prospects’ information. Technical providers process data needed for their services. Data are neither sold nor shared with commercial partners for their own marketing.

Apple provides iCloud Mail for email correspondence, including [email protected]. Google provides Gmail for correspondence and Google Drive for some follow-up documents and information, using personal accounts. Microsoft provides personal OneDrive for some follow-up documents and information. WhatsApp (Meta group), in its standard version, is used for exchanges when that channel is used. Cloudflare provides Pages hosting and Web Analytics, excluding EU visitors.

For their own account, security or service-operation processing, these providers may act as separate controllers under their policies. Their role in processing entrusted content depends on the service and applicable terms. Use of personal accounts does not establish a business data-processing agreement; no unverified agreement of that kind is claimed.

These services may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Excluding EU visitors from Web Analytics does not guarantee exclusively European hosting or processing. Under their policies, Apple uses standard contractual clauses for transfers from the EEA; Google, Microsoft and WhatsApp describe adequacy decisions and/or standard contractual clauses depending on the transfer. Cloudflare’s DPA provides for standard contractual clauses where applicable. The policies and links below describe these mechanisms and how to request a copy of the safeguards.

The contractual framework for retaining and processing prospect data in the personal accounts used still requires verification. Technical-data retention follows the purposes and criteria described by each provider; it is not equated with the three-year prospect period. No uniform deadline for deletion of providers’ logs or backups is guaranteed.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of the processing of your data, and portability where that right applies. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your situation, and to any direct marketing. Write to [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with the French supervisory authority, CNIL.
